I started with Investiquant in September of 2024. Out of the $150,000 transfer I sent to them to use the Select 150 program they took out a $9,900 license fee. I am not sure if I had agreed to do that or to have the license fee taken from profits which is an option they offer with certain programs. They also charged me a $200 subscription amount. Per Investiquant the license fee is based on a 20% expected return. From September until a few days ago when I got out of the investment I was losing every month and ended up losing apprroimately 28 percent which appears to be lower then their worst drawdown. I withdrew roughly $101,000 from the program. There appear to be a number of misrepresentations the company made that I relied on. The first is that on their You Tube video they state to give them at least a year. When I complained to **** ******** (Senior Product Manager) about my losses he stated in an e-mail (included) that you really need to give the program three years. Who would knowingly go into such an investment paying a a license fee every year if they knew it wasn't going to be profitable for three years? Secondly,**** sent me an email (included) in January of 2024 stating that combining the Select 150 with another program (Select 250) has strong upside potential and he gave me a graph showing so. Both programs have had large drawdowns over the past six months. Third, I have had numerous positions that were profitable but the program held them until they became unprofitable. When I spoke to **** he basically said that the program does what is best for long term performance. What difference is long term perfformance if I have no money left in the shorter term? That should have been disclosed before I purchased the program. Lastly, **** stated that the program is really dependant on what month you get in and that if I had gotten in two months sooner I would be at break even. If I had known that I am not sure I would have purchased the program.
