    I used the services of the ********************** to carry out immigration medical services in February/March of 2023. My bill was settled in full for the aforementioned services at ******* Medical. Months later I received a bill from Andor labs for lab work they claim to have done for me. Not wanting to develop a bad credit or reputation, I decided to pay in full the invoice of $70.18, as this letter stated that my bill was way overdue. This sum was withdrawn from my account on June 21, 2023 and Andor cashed my check on July 10, 2023. I later contacted ******* clinic where I did my physical and bloodwork who stated that they contracted Andor and paid in full and I should not have been billed. I have made multiple attempts to get a refund but to no avail. Andor apologized for the error but to date no is able to say when and how I will be reimbursed. Instead I received a second bill dated July 31, 2023 for $198.60. Calls to them today have gone unanswered and still no solution to this matter.
