      I've seen *** Harper since this location was her business Harper Eye Care, so around 20 years I've been going here. Triangle Optometry has turned this office into any other medical/doctors office that does not care. The past several years I have had several scheduling errors, where I have waited over an hour and a half to see ***, my Autistic son who I made the office aware was special needs, we had to wait we'll over an hour as well, to where we had to leave and reschedule. *** personally called and apologized but this was not her fault. Most recently I have had billing errors with being quoted different costs, and a year supply of contacts roughly $900 being sent to the incorrect address. Luckily I called and asked where my order of contacts were and found they were sent to the wrong address, even though I repeated my new address twice, but was advised they had the correct address in their system but the ordering system doesn't update between systems. I asked the office if they could send me a few days supply since I'm not local to *********** or kernersville, they acted like deers in headlights over the phone and did not know what to do. Also I didn't ask to speak to the manager over the phone but could hear her in the background telling the receptionist what to say. They also could not even expedite the contacts they lost to me with the Christmas season coming up. This office does not care nor do they know at all what they are doing.

      This review is based on the company customer service/billing structure and process, not the actual Doctors office or staff, they are great. The interaction with the company itself is very disappointing. I have been trying for weeks to resolve an overpayment that occured in April. I am not allowed to speak to the billing/insurance department. I have been told from the local staff that the billing department is aware and will be mailing a check. It is a waste of my time & the local office for me to call for an update as it is not in their control. When I call, 95% of the time I am routed to a call center service and must leave a message. I have never received a call back from those messages and there have been several. I am still waiting for the refund. The only reason I am still a patient of Triangle Vision is because my Doctors practice was bought out by them. I love him, so I stay. When he leaves, so will I. In the past I referred friends and family to him but not anymore, his care is great but he cannot control how the company operates.
