      I cannot say enough great things about Procraft and my project manager, *********************. ***** was patient with me and my insurance and mortgage companies while they took their time getting us the funds. ******* replacement and interior paint jobs were seamless. The roofers were efficient and polite and the job left the site as they found it. I will absolutely use Procraft again. Thank you!

      I recently worked with *************************** from ProCraft Restoration Group to replace our roof and I could not be happier with the experience!I had never submitted an insurance claim before and ***** did a fantastic job of walking us step by step through the process. He was extremely patient, very responsive and made sure we didn't have any questions or concerns from beginning to end. At one point he even broke out the white board to walk us through the numbers to make sure there was no confusion so we could pick the options that worked best for us.The crew that replaced the roof were fantastic, also. They showed up early, made sure their equipment was out of the way so we could still come and go as we pleased, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They even stayed well after dark to make sure they completed the job the same day.Our new roof looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend ***** and ProCraft Restoration Group to anyone looking to have roof work done on their home or business.

      Procraft and their staff have been incredible on the recent roof installation. It has felt like I've had my hand held throughout the process. They have gone above and beyond in their help with my difficult insurance adjuster. The actual roof replacement was incredibly smooth, even when dealing with many rain days. The crew showed up bright and early and worked solidly for twelve hours. A big roof so they had to finish off the next day and once again they arrived early and went straight to work. The roof looks incredible and the clean up in my yard was exceptional. I would highly recommend Procraft - they took away any worry or anxiety and are complete professionals.

      ProCraft Restoration Group did an outstanding job on replacing our roof. The project manager ****** ***** was with us each step of the way and explained everything proficiently. We had some issues getting our insurance company to agree to replace the roof, but ProCraft stuck with us. The crew worked in extreme heat but was very professional and efficient. I would recommend ProCraft for anyone needing roof replacement. Thank you ProCraft for a job well done

      **** ******* and ProCraft Restoration Group saved our house - and our sanity as well. Through his patience , expertise and knowledge and experience, turned an impossible , painful insurance storm damage claim denial into a successful home restoration - now my wife's "dream house!" The crews, vendors, materials he brought to our project were all top notch, very communicative and effective - everyone seemed oriented toward a great result for us and our home. Great workers and crew heads, positive integration of so many different vendors and processes, first rate materials and solutions all around. We simply never could have achieved this on our own.
