      TNT Carports, Barns.com, and carports.com are all the same company and are affiliated with Coast to coast carports... all have F ratings with the BBB. In late 2022 I entered into an agreement with TNT Carports, Inc to purchase/install a shed. A downpayment was made at that time. In mid May of 2023 the foundation was poured. There were some delays due to wet soil conditions. At the end of May 2023 I contacted Coast to Coast carports to let them know we were ready for installation. I do not know Coast to Coast's affiliation with TNT but believe they were contracted as a third party to complete the installation. I have been contacting Coast to Coast over the last 6 months requesting the installation. I have not been given any dates and have requested at least an estimate for completion and have not received a responses. My communications through email and phone calls are going unanswered.

      I am currently very dissatisfy with this company. They had previously constructed a 22x40 carport for me several years ago and did so in a timely manner and to the specs I had ordered. Unaware of their current review status I ordered a lean-to addition for the carport on May 24, 2022 . Since making the order I have been promised several install dates (with all being no shows no calls) and now they refuse to answer my calls or return my messages. I have pre paid my deposit of $429.11 and have not received the product or any further communication from the company or their staff.

      total scam artists, took a $4k deposit in July of 2022 and delivered NOTHING but broken promises, I am about to begin legal action to recover my deposit, they never answer the phone or respond to emails, if I could give them ZERO stars I would

      ***** ***** very bad customer service. Ordered additional material for carport they put up in may of 2022 ( this was ordered oct. 2021) in July of 2022. Finally talked to Stephanie after many attempts since then. Was told they couldn’t deliver until they had an 18,000.00 order in this area. Can’t talk to anyone else, they say “leave a message” but all their message storage are full. Even tried calling the owner’s extension and get same treatment. Very bad business.

      Like all the other people TNT has ripped off I ordered a metal building October 2021 paid a 1500 $ deposit and 700 for drawings scheduled date for delivery was June 2022 due to winter in northern Maine I received a call in April saying the building was being built and would be on a truck I confirmed the June set up date i called TNT scheduling for up date on the first of June alley in scheduling assured me the was looking for a contractor as soon as she had one she would call me July came and went I made several attempts to contact TNT with no answer or returned calls I continued to call finally in August Stephanie called me and said they were waiting on a contractor? And they would call me 3 days before installing my building I continued to call them once a week finally they said they were trying to get my order out by the end of October so I waited patiently end of October has come and gone I spent 20,000 $ to have a pad installed for this building and winter is upon us had no choice but to insulate and cover the pad another 700 $ this company is a fraud I would not recommend ordering anything from them costumer service is rude and don't care I explained my situation to alley and she could care less asked for a refund and she said it was non refundable not sure ware to go from here but from what I see on these reviews I'm out 2200$

      I put down a $2,250 deposit back in March 2022 to lock in pricing on a metal building. I got my site all ready for installation in June 2022. I called to tell them I am ready for delivery and I was told an estimated delivery in the second week of July 2022. My contract states, in good faith the structure will be installed within 60 days of acknowledging the contract. I never heard back from them so I’ve been calling about once a month to see what the hold up was. I got the same answer every time “your metal is ready to go on the next delivery truck, we are waiting for a contractor to become available.” It’s been 5 months and still have heard nothing, so I finally cancelled my order and have been calling to get my deposit back. I’ve left emails, text messages and voicemails and not one single manager will contact me back and discuss getting my deposit back. I feel like I have been scammed taking my deposit when they can’t produce the work they promised.

      more than 2 years now, I had deposited and ordered dual carport and i still have not have a carport delivered and installed.. Spoke with Courtney, Allison and many other several times and they keep telling me they will get to it. I understand the prices of metal may have changed, I have not received my deposit or the carport still as of today. It is very disappointing that a company that big is not able to keep their promise. They are not denying the order but have not complied or given me a date to install. 2 years is a long time and still waiting.

      They take your money and do not perform the service. I paid for building plans that were supposed to be mailed to me in 2 to 4 weeks. Never received the plans. I call, they do not call me back. Last time I called they said the plans will be in my email tonight-never received. Do not use this company.
