Had them build a steel building that is leaking water under the walls and under all 3 front doors bad since it was built day one as it rains. Tryed to contact them and send pics they told me it was the concrete fault. If this was the case the inspection they did before the building was built they never said anything They did come out to install header seals on doors (that are in very bad install). I have pics and movies of all and i have sent to nc steel buildings also evertime big gapes on sides and doors will not go up all the way now that they are installed I was told they should have put caulk under the main beams they put down on concrete before the rest of the building. By there guy in charge that put door header seals in that installs buildings for them. Which this was never done (There guy) Also doors seal are damaged and one has a cut from unpacking it to install other to door seals are flat. Which leaves a big gape under the door when it is locked have pics and videos of all. Ive been sending pics to nc steel buildings since first rain and everyone since

We been in touch with **** since day one trying get more information about it. We ask for some pictures for the issues, and he send it when he sends those pictures, we realized he added more concrete on the front where the doors are located. We get back with him explaining the situation about what we saw, telling him the only way that he can get water under the doors is because the concrete wasn't poured correctly. He had slope towards the doors that make the water come in every time that it rains. Which he disagrees and doesn't understand that part. We send an installer back to the area to inspect the building for those problems, the installer explained to **** about the problem, telling him that the concrete shouldn't have poured that way with slope toward the doors and the problem was the concrete which he doesn't understand not even in person. Also, we explained him that the header seal makes the roll up doors a little hard to open and closed them. The doors were installed correctly. If the concrete was poured correctly, he wouldn't have those issues: no gaps under doors, no water coming in. We only do the building; we cannot take on responsibility for the work of the foundation.

I am rejecting this response because:

Hello. *******.   I would like it reopened this company is not saying the truth. Yes. They came out  3 months later for the header seals (did any one look at pics) that are installed very bad and leak.  2nd concrete was added  and it is not sloped wrong     These doors were leaking from day one of installation. The front concrete was added 2 months after install   3 Trim on corners of building are rattling when wind blows  4 i had to foam seal bottom of walls to help keep water out there was up to a 1 1/2 gap at bottoms and nothing was put under the steel frame to help seal were one of the spots water is getting in    I have more and pics to prove they are not telling the truth  i have more pics and complaints also   *****************

Hi, of course we are saying the truth, yes header seal was installed 3 months later, and customer was aware about it. 2nd the concrete it does have a sloped that's why water come in, we explain to customer over the phone and in person which he doesn't understand. Yes, roll up doors are leaking under since day one that he adds the extra concrete on front of the doors, which was 1 month later and not 2 months like he says (new concrete). We installed this building on November 1st and 2nd of 2023. On December 4, 2023, we hear from him about this issue which we ask for pictures, and he already have the extra concrete on those days (12/4/23 pictures with date) that's when everything started, 3rd we never heard anything about this on the trim till today. 4th how the walls will be a 1 1/2" gap on the bottom/framing if we used a concrete anchor to be anchored down??? it doesn't make sense he not telling the truth. Last one we don't seal our base framing and as stated it on contract which he agrees and signed. Here some pictures about the doors installed correctly sealing all the way down, also with some dates when we get the pictures 1 month later (issue), NOT since the day one of the installation like he says. Onces again he's not telling the truth and we can't not be responsible for concrete work that was not done by us

I am rejecting this response because:
There is nothing wrong with the concrete. It is sloped away from the doors and lower than the floor concrete.  As i have found out door seals are not doing there job. Plus one has a cut init from unpacking them when new.   Also these door seal were leaking before front pads was even poured

They did a job for me and the job is not done to quality. The roll up door isn’t working properly and has damage. I have record where I have made several attempts to call and message the company. No one reply’s or answers. Again, there is records of my attempts and their non response. I have a 30 day warranty on the contract and I’m filing and contacting within my warranty time. If I cannot get this resolved, I will seek legal action.
