  06/2022 TOL installed RV building on my property. Everything went great workmanship was very good and crew was friendly. 10/2023 TOL came out to install Leans on same building. Work looked good and was moving along. Communication was not very good with leadman so I used a young man on the crew(don’t know his name) to communicate to leadman. As it was getting dark I noticed some of the trim was a different color not barn red but bright red. I called contact at TOL and asked him to call leadman. I assumed he did. So I communicated to him that no payment would be made till this is resolved and it was dark so I couldn’t inspect work. Some other contact called me and said the trim was barn red even though I knew it wasnt and said the other had faded. He then threatened to tear leans down if I didn’t pay. Then said he could credit me $200 and I find trim myself. The next day I let the dealer handle it and he verified they brought two different trim colors the barn red and bright red. The leadman knew he was putting up the wrong color and did it anyway and “other contact”was telling me it was barn red so I would go ahead and pay! Not very happy with their mistake becoming my problem! Mr.” Other contact” also told me I couldn’t talk to the owner of the company! Hate having to report this but I don’t like being treated like I was the problem and if “other contact”worked for me his *** would be fired! Oh and to leadman hope you enjoyed my hospitality and the knifes I gave to you and your crew for doing a good job then you try and screw me. You would be fired also!

  We had top of the line buildings install a 24'x25' metal garage in February of 2021 for my wife & I here in southwestern Virginia. The whole process was great from the design confirmation to the installation of the building. The crew took two days to erecting the building & did a good job cleaning up after the job was finished. We are very happy with our new garage.

  TOL installed my building in November 2022. Communication from the scheduling team was good and the install crew was on time and did a great job erecting my 30 by 50 garage in Southwest, VA. They cleaned up the job site when they left. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  I bought a building from TOL buildings ( one of there sales outlets in Blackshear GA.). I was not sure if it was a good purchase until I got it done. Once the slab was complete they got right on it. Less than 2 weeks to delivery and compleation. The crew that did the assembly was great, the building is great and I am totally satisfied. They called me several times to confirm construction date and were there right on time. They even called me 2 times late on Sat. Could not ask for better. ***** *

  Purchased a 22x36 building. They arrived later than they promised. Almost every panel is scratched, they scratched up the building next to it, they dropped a couple hundred of screws in the driveway, building leaks around the windows, they were supposed to come back out to assess damage but never did. Also when you call their business office the ladies laugh out loud at your concerns and state they will see what they can do and call you back. Horrible experience and total waste of time and money!

  I am a licensed HVAC contractor in the state of NC.
  I bought my new building locally and the subject of this complaint installed it.
  I am now pursuing legal action.
  This action could have been avoided by just making simple corrections to the building where they mistakingly made the door openings the size of the door and not the size of the door frame. Ie rough in was wrong.
  I know all of you out there know you just don't do that. Biggest rookie mistake in the market.
  We were fine until this company failed the inspection and now is refusing to fix it.
  As a contractor in good standing with the BBB and The State I am taking the channels necessary to try to prevent anyone from struggling with this lack of professionalism and non existence of customer service.

  I hope this helps anyone in the same situation we dealing with here. And as you can see you really should think twice before doing business with the before mentioned contractor.
