    Great customer service, amazing quality, and quick lead times! I put my deposit and got my building 5 weeks later! Theyre very quick and that is what I loved most above all including their high quality materials

    My uncle put a down payment on a car port in June and it was supposed to be delivered and set up in July and it is now October and have yet to know what is going on with it I keep getting different dates and still nobody showed up hes taken several days off work and waited and still nothing but excuses if you ask me Id never do business with them at all it is beyond ridiculous

    Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Completely unresponsive after receiving down payment. Nothing but excuses and bs and outright lies. Hired these clowns to build my 30 x 30 x 10 retirement shop. Signed contract 9/1/23 was told my location needed site specific engineering stamp(not true) that would be $1500 extra. Ok'd extra cost. They then tried to upcharge me to the tune of $5k for the stamp told them it was a deal breaker and suddenly I didnt need the site specific stamp anymore. Install was scheduled for end of November and the crew was no show no call. I finally got a call a week later that the truck broke down with my building on it in ************ (I'm in **) so they went back to ** with my building?? Another lie. From December 1st 2023 until May of 2024 I had ZERO communication from them after repeated attempts thru email, phone and direct meggage. Finally hired an actual legitimate company and had my building done and installed in 18 days. Steer clear of these guys..I dont know how they got any positive reviews. They finally called to schedule an install 9 months after I signed the contract. Fine print on contract says no refunds of deposit under any condition.

    My building turned out great !!! I understand a lot of people been putting that there building took long to deliver but you guys have to understand that delivery took longer due to covid times. Installer was very nice and did my building without a problem. Just remember no one puts a good review if the restaurant was good but if it went bad then we have a lot of Karens pop out.

    Just had a building installed from Universal Metal Buildings and it turned out great. The crew that came out to install the building were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
    My building was ordered and installed in less than a month.
