    My experience with Baja Concrete was dreadful. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction demonstrated by this company is shocking.The concrete staining was left completely unfinished. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability on the part of the owner and his project manager. When I raised my concerns about footprints in the concrete caused by one of their workers, they blew me off and acted completely uninterested in rectifying the situation. It was evident that once they received their payment of over $12,000, my satisfaction was no longer their concern.Their unwillingness to stand by their work and honor their warranty is astonishing. A company that takes pride in its work should be willing to stand by it, ensuring that any defects or shortcomings are promptly addressed. Instead, they chose to offer excuses and stop communicating altogether.I strongly advise anyone considering Baja Concrete for their concrete projects to think twice. The extreme lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and overall indifference to customer satisfaction make them an unreliable and regrettable choice. Avoid frustration and disappointment by looking elsewhere for a concrete contractor who values their customers and takes pride in delivering quality work.

    We were extremely happy! My neighbor recommended ****, and I'm so glad we picked them. The only reason I can think of as to why the BBB is below average is that most people must only review on this site when they are unhappy. They did a great job on our sidewalk going down to our dock on a steep hill. They encountered lots of *************** and added more gravel and concrete than their estiame called for. They did not try to upcharge us for the extra work and materials. Highly recommended!

    I truly believe these guys have made a turn around! I was hesitant due to some reviews but this team showed out! Very impressed and have recommended them to everyone I know needing concrete work!
