      The issue began when we had mold in our extended enclosed porch. Finally it got really, really bad! Black ************** falling out just about everywhere! Finally found a company online that dealt with mold and getting rid of it, they came out and said it was bad! It was coming from the roof and sides.So I had them give me an estimate to just tear it down and just return it to screened in porch (less expensive or so I thought). The estimate that was made came out to ****** or so to fix the whole porch, that is the only thing I received with what everything would be to tear down and fix. The head *************** communicated with my insurance company back and forth. They fixed it and was looking good, they did not replace the plywood on the roof that was damaged until I mentioned it & still only replaced one piece even though there was more damage throughout. When they did the roof with galvanized metal they did pieces not full sheets to prevent leaking, they also put foam in the spaces!So now we have what I hope is mildew forming again and the ceiling is bowing and leaking! They said Oh, we didnt know how to do roofs, Im YouTubing it!! Why would they not let me know, when you know that is where the problem is coming from! It will cost money I do not have to get fixed to be able to use it again! I had contacted them wanting a break down of materials and cost of everything 3-4 times, and never received anything! They then sent a bill for $3000.00, again I asked for a breakdown of materials and cost of everything, again nothing! They have now deleted the invoice they did send.Phantom Contractors are not what they appear to be, **** who is the head of the operations were not honest from the beginning. Had I known I wouldnt have gone with this company! It would be great if I could get all or most of my money back the insurance paid to get that fixed!! The porch is basically unusable again! It feels like Im back to where I began! *****************
