  If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. Last summer, I was without water, so I called this company to assess the situation. I had the pump, wiring and pressure tank replaced. I didnt have the money, but I ended up putting it on credit, spending over $8,000. Everything seemed fine for a while, and I was told my well pump had a 10-year warranty. I had water for about 8 months. Then, when I was without water again, they came out and said I didnt have enough reserve water. Their solution? Hydrofrackingat an insane price of $10K-$20K. I refused. But heres where the scam deepens. When the well pump was replaced, they didnt replace the old, out of code water inlet pipe with current PVC pipe. Fast forward to this winter, when I was without water again. I called them, and even spoke with the owners brother, who couldnt understand why the pipe wasnt replaced. Yet, they came back out and claimed my well was dry. Again, their answer? Hydrofrackingbecause they knew that was an expensive option they could sell me. When I refused, they outright refused to even look at my pump, leaving me without water.Since their warranty is utterly useless, I called another contractor. They quickly found that the Well Doctor did not use the right size lines for my pump, failed to replace the water pipe with PVC, and allowed the pump to burn a hole in the pipenot because my well was dry, but because they didnt do their job properly. This company didnt complete half of what they should have, and their claim that my well was dry was a complete lie. As it turns out, my well had plenty of waterenough for 8 people, even though only two live in my house.After over $8,000 spent plus interest, all I got was shoddy work, a ridiculously overpriced well pump, less than a year of water, and a ton of stress. DO NOT use this company. Save your money and your sanity. There are far better options out there.

  They took my old pump and are refuse to give it back to me. I had to file a police report. They said it does qualify as larceny. Still *************** says I dont care call the police ***** says Im harrassing their staff. Im asking questions and asking for them to call me back quickly. But the same as the other person on here said. She states ***** is in meetings. So can you imagine how hard it will be to get warranty service done. The finance company they refer you to gives you approval for a certain LOAN Amount. But when you sign the documents THAT PART CHANGES TO A *****. an EQUIPMENT *****. THE ***** MEANS THEY CAN REPOSSESS YOUR WELL PUMP. THATS *********** AS A LOAN ********** staff told me I had just called thirty minutes ago. But in actuality I was checking on why ***** was not able to return my voicemail after 1.5 hours. Because I needed them to retrieve my old pump from the bin before it was emptied so time was important. But to them it did not matter. They DID NOT want to be disturbed. They took my old pump without permission and maybe about to take it to a landfill. So this was urgent I asked ***** to show me licensed for his business. He refused Im not signing a lease document if you arent willing to show me your license

  I have used Well Doctor a few times. They are great. They are straight forward. A few years ago I used them to dig a trench and lay a new water line to avoid a pool I was having installed. Great work. Then a little while after that I used them to repair an emergency leak that occurred due to freezing temperatures. The leak was at the well and they came same day and repaired the leak. Simple and easy. So as for today, in the past they let me know the bladder for my well tank was not holding pressure and the pump was over 20 years old. They said I had time and did not pressure me. They only let me know my options and pricing. Tuesday of this week I called and asked if someone could come out give me revised pricing on the pump and tank. I was seeing lower pressure than normal at my house. They were willing to come out that day, but my work would not allow. So I scheduled it for Friday. Today is Thursday and I ended up taking the day off. I called and asked if they had anyone in my area. This company made it happen. Not only did they quote me the price, which was great mind you, but they also were able to complete the upgrade in about 2 hrs. Very simple and cost effective. I want to give a special call out to **** and *****. This family ran business does great work. Very polite and cleaned everything up. I'm very happy with my results. I would definitely recommend the Well Doctor to everyone I know. I actually have their number programmed in my phone. Thanks again **** and *****. Your work is impeccable.

  We had our well in Kings Mts. treated, a new tank installed and 3 weeks later and we still cannot use our water. We called them back out after a week or so and were told that it would clear ** in a couple of days. Three weeks later and we are still unable to use our well water for drinking, cooking, washing our clothes or to wash our dishes due to my fear that it could harm us in some way. The water is brown, we were not told that the chlorine they used could react with our water, not the first time or the 2nd time, and I had to make 2 calls and voiced my concerns very strongly before I could get the the office manager to take my call due to his meetings taking importance over my call. If I could rate a zero I would words of the owner that I feel strongly are not true!!! "we help people not only get water to their homes or offices but make sure that water is safe for drinking".

  Be careful if they suggest hydrofracking. Definitely get a second opinion. Had another well company come out who assessed issue at no cost and was able to get us water back! All we needed was new pump and minor electrical. Second opinion saved us thousands of dollars. 2 stars not 1 because they were very courteous, and friendly. Just suggested extremely unnecessary, very expensive solution to an easy fix (took other company 1.5hours to complete).
