    If I could leave a quarter of a star, I would this is the worst property management scam I have ever run into. They do absolutely nothing. They dont answer their phones. They dont respond to emails. Basically they take your money and hide if you have the misfortune of being under infusion property management. You have my sympathies

    I have lived in this community for a month in a half. I am trying to have my fence put up and they will not return any phone calls or emails. With out approval I can not have my fence put up. They might not answer phone calls or emails but they surely made sure that I got the bill due Jan 1 they are horrible it has to be someone over them we can contact.

    Not once have they shared the financial books. HOA rates went up without without notice or input. Been in Waterleigh for three years and not one meeting. Management used husband's company for landscaping.
    Shady business practices.

    After being in Moyock (Waterleigh) for 10 months they mowed the drainage behind our house once. The weeds were almost 5’ tall. They have left broken equipment behind the mailboxes for the same amount of time. They DO NOT communicate with anyone in the community, and have not held a meeting which is REQUIRED in the bylaws to be held annually

    Terrible management company. Doesn’t hold meetings, return calls or emails. Hired a family member’s company to maintain the grounds. Husband is on the city council and has prolonged turning over our neighborhood to the tenants in order to keep receiving the HOA dues. Will not finish our roads and development. The neighborhood has been fully occupied since 2021. We have tried legal action in our community, but the corruption within the officials has made it impossible to get anything done. Please help!

    Agent never returns calls and has not provided financial statements to the homeowners in our neighborhood. When they say will correct a discrepancy it never gets done. We were notified more than 6 months ago they they would announce who was selected as our president and we still have not been notified. Their lack of communication, effort, and ability to uphold their end of responsibilities is unacceptable. They collect our HOA dues and that is all we get from the company. This business has failed to turn over the HOA to the residents and has made many false promises about progress being made. If you are buying a home In moyock please beware of the neighborhoods this company manages.

    Thus company has yetvto have a required annual homeowners meeting for the second year now. This is after many prompts from myself and other homeowners.

    This company has failed to provide financial statements after many promete.

    This company does not answer phone messages. I have called almost daily for 2 weeks now.
