    Signed a contract with Window World of Orlando on 03/01/2022 for them to install $19,398 worth of windows. They explained it would take about 6 months to order, manufacture, and install windows. Windows were install on 08/23/2022. Unfortunately 3 of the windows they installed were merely framed glass, as opposed to the single hung window I ordered. They stated it would take 2 months to reorder the correct single hung windows. As of Nov 10, 2022 I called and asked about the status of window. Spoke to Kevin ****** who stated he would investigate and get back to me. He has not returned any calls despite many messages. Spoke to Frank ******** production manager. Franke ******* stated he would investigate and call back. He has not returned called despite many messages. Called Brian *******, owner, left repeated messages, with no answer. Spoke to customer service representative Elijah *****, on 12/07/2022, he stated he would investigate. He also asked for a copy of my contract, which I provided. On 12/12/2022 he returned my message, after I emailed him again. He stated he had forwarded my inquiry to Rich ********, Sales Manager for Window World. I asked for Rich ********'s email which he declined to provide. On 12/12/2020, spoke again to a new customer service representative, Miranda. She stated she would investigate. Later on 12/12/2022 she called back and stated the 3 windows scheduled to arrive on 03/03/2022 (slightly more that a year since my original order).

    I have called Window World of North Wilkesboro to address this issue. All I receive a referral to there customer complaint line, which takes my name and number, with the promise to forward this issue to to local office.
