      This is an unfortunate complaint to have to make. I went with this company because my neighbor recommended them. From day one communication has been less than subpar. Confused and seemingly uninformed employees have caused this one or two day install to take nearly 3 weeks. As of writing this review my installation has still not been completed, my heat doesn't work at all. Someone was supposed to be here 3 days ago, but no. I texted the owner, no response until today. He told me someone would come out today and then proceeded to ignore phone calls and texts until finally answering one and telling me he's not doing it until the end of NEXT week. The mixup being blamed on not his techs "not knowing how to install a ****** Nest" the single most popular digital thermostat in *****************. Interestingly enough, they had the time to go out of the way to get the payment for it.
