      My Fiberon deck was installed in 2015. There was a problem with the manufacturing process that caused the decking to fade. Field technicians would come using a brass brush to which cleaned and refreshed the finish. Unfortunately, this was an ongoing process. In 2022 the used a robotic heat machine that cause the decking to burn and crack. I have photos of the deck in 2022 before the ************ and now when there is burning and cracking. The technician knew this machine was very sensitive to the heat setting. I feel the company is responsible for causing severe damage to my decking with the heating process they used to correct a faulty product.

      This deck was installed in 2015. *********************************** purchased the home with the deck on it in 2018. This warranty for the deck was valid for the original owner of the home only as it was not a transferable warranty. When ******************** contacted Fiberon in 2022, he was informed of this and Fiberon offered a one-time cleaning of the deck as a courtesy only. We have pictures both before the cleaning and after the cleaning took place and there was no damage caused by our crew or cleaning tools to this decking material. When ******************** contacted us again in ****, we advised him again of the lack of warranty on the material at this job location, as well as explaining that our cleaning did not cause this situation to this decking material.

      Executive personnel group called me in for a interview I showed up early to the interview. They done a drug test I passed and went through the application process. During yhe interview they wouldn't tell mr anything about the job at all other than the hours. Said they'd call back and let me know something. Waited over a week they called and said to buy steel toe boots and to come into work for orientation. I bought boots at ******* and then proceeded to go to orientation I get there and get told to go back home that my application is on freeze!! Said they'd get me in next week I waited forever to receive information regarding my status no response whatsoever I called back and explained the situation they did not care I asked when my freeze would be lifted they couldn't tell me anything. The woman sounded very rude on the phone at this point. Wasted my time and also money when I could have been putting in more applications trying to find work elsewhere. I read many reviews on the company alot of one star reviews this is a s***** company nobody should ever work for. I feel I deserve an apology on email but doubt they care or even read yhis review
