    This business is absolutely horrible. I am filing a lawsuit to recoup my deposit. We have been waiting over a year for a memorial marker. They wont return phone calls or emails. DO NOT USE THEM! All great until they have your money. Then nothing.

    Ordered Head Stone in September 2024, still have not received it. No phone communication and they are never in the office & do not return your call.

    This place is awful have been giving us every excuse there are to give and is very rude n ugly all we want is the headstone we ordered almost 2 yrs ago....

    A couple of years ago we were referred to Spear Memorials, Plumb Tree by the Mitchell ************** Services Officer. We had spent three years researching details of my Uncle ***************************** [brother of *****************************] who died during the Marine landing of **** Jima 27 February ****. Our research was over and we now wanted recognition for this brave young man who gave his life for his country at age 19. Initially he was buried on the island along with ***** fellow Marines. Years later his body was returned home and he now lies in the Grassy Creek Cemetery. With the help of ************************* his original gravestone was modified to include Iwo Jima. We also got a beautiful engraved bronze marker from the VA that **** placed at the grave site. She also arranged a beautiful wreath. Finally on a sunny day in May we had a ceremony for ******* at Grassy Creek Cemetery which including the ******** High Honor Guard arranged by ************************Spear Memorial and ************************* went the extra mile and deserves a five star rating
