      transaction date: 5/31/2024 training starting date: 7/8/2024 training conclusion date: 7/26/2024 - promised and required by dot law gs.20article14drivertrainingschoollaw to have 20 hours of behind the wheel time to complete course. As of 7/22/2024 I only had 1.20 hrs for the previous week (10 promised) and 45 mins after 7/22 with only three more days of school.- Requested instructor change on 7/23 due to verbally abusive behavior, it was granted, but was still under this instructor's supervision at 6PM before I had to leave due to excessive, sexual commentary and the feeling of "lack of institutional control"- on 7/24/2024 I contacted the corporate office in Newton, NC as I felt the operational structure in Charlotte has been compromised and would offer no fair recourse. I spoke to ***** about my concerns, she stated she would have someone from operations investigate and circle back - on 7/26/2024 I contacted ***** again to follow up, she seemed bothered but assured me this was being looked into and someone would contact me. I requested the corporate chain of command to allow me to climb up the ladder to get better results, she refused. When pressed she offer the "operations manager's" name as only, ***.7/29/2024 - I am filing this complaint as this class has concluded without any fair resolution for me

      Hi ***** - we're sorry to hear about your experience and have been trying to reach you via phone regarding options to continue the program or seek a refund. We understand your father originally paid for the training and, as per our refund policy, must return the refund to the original payer. As soon as management was made aware, the instructor who did not adhere to our professional standards was terminated. Please contact our office *************, request ******) to discuss refund options or if you'd like to finish your training at another location with no added expense.
