    I shipped a package via *** from the store, the package was lost , never made it to the intended destination. *** required me to have the store where shipped from make a claim for me. The contents of the package were valued at a little over $200. I have been prodding the store to make a claim on my behalf with *** for over a month now. I continue to get zero responses when emails are sent to the business on status of my claim. I have visited the store multiple occasions to get a status and been told they are in process of opening the claim. I have emailed the store no less than four times and they never respond to me. I have given them ample time to file a claim and it's still not filed. I visited store today and they are closed Oct 20 -27th. I left a voicemail and also sent another message via their website, still have not hear from them. I am taking my next steps to get this resolved.Sincerely,**** *********

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They still have zero communication with me, they have offered terrible customer service. I am very irritated and will pursue getting State of ************** involved.
