    The first year I use this company I got a quote for aerating and seating at the beginning of the season. After the aerating and seating was done, I got a bill that was much higher. I emailed back-and-forth with the owner about him not honoring his quote, and he finally honored it. I received a new quote for the next year that was higher. Then, at the time of aerating and seating, the owner sent out a note stating the cost of seed had increased by 20% and the cost of fertilizer had increased by 38% so the invoice would be higher then the quote. When I received a bill, it was more than double the quote I had received. When I reached out to the owner regarding this, his response was he never said how much my cost was going to increase. That’s very poor business to list two different things that increased and give those amounts yet not give a revised quote and then hit me with an invoice that was more than double the original quote. I told him I was filing here so he said he’ll send me the small claims court.
