    I am so sad to be sharing this review. My sister in law spent HUNDREDS of dollars for a family photo shoot on the beach to celebrate my in-laws' 40th wedding anniversary, my Mother-in-law's 60th birthday, and the first family vacation in over 5 years. We felt rushed on the shoot with very little suggestion from the photographer on what pictures to take and how to pose. Additionally, we had 5 children in the shoot and the photographer did not bring any toys or even smile to try to get the kids to smile. He actually told my husband to 'get our kids in check.' We were hopeful that perhaps he was just extremely talented and the photos would come out better than we anticipated. We received the photos the next day and we were so disappointed with all of the group shots as half the group was in the shadows and it was beyond any editing capabilities. I work in graphic design and we have several extended family members who work in photography and even they were quite shocked at the positioning of the group and the horrible angles utilized in the light source. We contacted the company and they offered to give us a reshoot of the group photos. We got everyone dressed and ready to go back to the exact same spot the original photographer from the company chose for us. We got there and the photographer was no where to be found. We called her and though we sent her the exact same address the original photographer sent us, she had gone to a different ISLAND and was over 45 minutes away. She offered to still come but it would have been after dark by that point so we were confused as to why she would even offer that with no lighting available. We contacted the company and they said they didn't understand what happened but would work with us on a refund. We never got a call back and eventually just kept calling until they picked up. They then said they would be working on edits to fix the shadows in the photos. There mailbox is now full. 2 weeks and refund or edits.
