    Encountered this contractor which was employed by my property managers - they stated they only use vetted and insured contractors - this one has zero footprint. Charges over 100% markup on materials alone, exaggerates work times and commute times to increase bill costs and stuffs them into "labor", ignores inquiry emails, takes non-sensical routes to complete job, and also adjusts the invoice when you point on how absurd the costs are. Bills JUST under the needed amount to not trigger a notification to the property owner working in conjunction with *************. I called other contractors and was quoted HALF what I was charged for simple repair items. ***** if able.
