    Im extremely disappointed with the service and quality provided by Precision Concrete Services. We had a concrete patio installed on May 17, 2024. On May 19, we received a message, confirming the completion of the installation with instructions to start using the patio immediately. However, on June 18, we noticed several cracks in the patio. We promptly texted a picture of the cracks to Precision Concrete Services, specifically ******, who responded saying they would come out and take a look. We didnt hear back so we sent additional messages on June 26 and June 27 and again via ******** messenger on June 30. On July 1, we sent a letter requesting immediate attention and resolution. We did receive a response text that day indicating that they would come and inspect the patio the next day, but despite sending additional pictures of new cracks and subsequent follow-up texts on July 10 and July 12, we have still not received any further communication regarding a plan or timeline for addressing the issues. On July 15, we sent a second letter, pleading for these issues to be resolved, but as of today, we have still not heard back. We worked hard to pay for this patio, but the quality is deteriorating rapidly, and we are concerned about future damage. I strongly discourage anyone from using Precision Concrete Services LLC due to their lack of responsiveness and poor quality of work.
