    There was an issue I urgently needed to discuss and there was no call back. I even called the owner/manager of **** and he said he would call back and never did. Now I have no idea where we stand. I just hope my building shows up and is constructed as planned. So far a lot of ghosting.

    Customer finalized after numerous changes to his building and signed his contract on his building on February 19th 2024 at 3:30pm. For a commercial building our manufacturer is 8-10 weeks out for installation, that is the time frame for commercial buildings this time of year. He has a commercial building. ******** who is with the manufacturer who is installing his building told **** that they have him on the schedule for the end of April and will finalize that with him directly, she spoke with him and told this. His frustration was that he wanted that installation much sooner. We want our customers to be satisfied with their building so we made sure of that with him, before sending it over to the manufacturer with him changes he made, at least twice. We did what we could as a dealer, to help him and inform him, as we were informed from the manufacturer. We continue to talk to him, when he calls, just last week, the owner addressed the same time frame for install that ********, the manufacturer did. There is nothing out of the ordinary here, he just needed it installed much quicker and we told him that commercial buildings are a few weeks longer than a standard garage size. I will continue to take his calls as a dealer and help him as we can, but we tell him what we already did before about the install time frame! We appreciate all of our customers.,

    He was VERY vulgar, calling me and my husband very inappropriate names, also swearing up and down to the manufacturer. Calling everyone that spoke to him, vulgar names. We had to block him from our phones, numerous texting of vulgarity and threats. The manufacturer is not answering his calls. He threated us all. The bottom line is, he didn't like that he was scheduled on a run, a little later than what he had wanted. We did the best we could and so did the manufacturer.
