    From start to finish everyone was very knowledgeable of the process answered any questions I had Art helped in the beginning then ******** help and she was awesome she was in constant contact during the building process and the guys putting my garage together definitely knew what they were doing and very meticulous of there work I would recommend them to any and I believe my neighbor I talked to may be buying on also everyone that drives by gives me a thumbs up even our *** stopped to tell me how much he liked it

    Im very pleased with the service we got with Prime Steel but a little disappointed in 5 stars part they do not communicate with us to let us now anything. Our 30x50x12 was ordered end of February and everything on my end is ready and still no word on delivery and installation. ****** and Art was great to work with. Thanks

    This was by far an excellent experience with my purchase from Prime Steel. James D*** was fantastic to work with and followed up every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied. Fantastic salesman and employee for the company. Breanna in scheduling was awesome and kept me up to date on schedule dates. And the crew that came out to install was second to none. Very efficient and organized. Amazing how fast this all came together with an extremely fair price. Highly recommend this business for all your structural needs. They have my future business from here on out. Thanks guys for a job well done.

    Everything about my 24 x 40 building is great, with one exception. During rain, water runs under the walls (which supposedly were sealed).

    The salesman is trying to resolve this at this time.
