      Gave me a subpar product, and first outright lied to me and told me their supply was limited by the "war" in ******* and it would take months to get the part so that I wouldn't ask for it. They sold it on sale a week later, and when I asked them about this they admitted they lied and said they didn't feel it was that bad, and were hostile while doing it. I will never buy from them again.
