      The facts are this: ******** I find a great deal online through Pinehurst Coins. I made the purchase of $1,906.10 for (10) 1884-CC $1 ****** Silver GSA Dollars graded by NGC @ MS64. Pinehurst realized the price was lower than they liked; they canceled the order, refunded me and all without warning, until afterwards..Then stipulated it was a technical issue and they didn't have them in stock, as well the price was incorrect. That's odd, as I see through comments of YELP and other sites. This has been a problem before, claim it was just technical issues.Seems to me they will lie about this, to avoid fees on ***** and totally inconvenience the credit card limits and completely don't wish to honor the sale of a legally binding contract, nor offer an equal substitute. Sure they apologize, and blame it on technical factors, and then leave me some copy and pasted response after they messed me up of their reason they canceled, after the fact.. In the past they were great, but with the deception, and in no fashion do they want to compensate for their errors. They say how they are sorry and want to make it right, but only wish to rectify it by an offer of a discount on a future order(s). They've lost, unless willing to stand up to the sale of a comparable solution of any GSA Carson City dollar graded MS64 by NGC OF PCGS, if need be.ANY CONTACT SHOULD BE MADE BY E-MAIL

      To clarify, the listing for the (10) 1884-** ****** Silver GSA Dollars graded MS64 by NGC was the result of a technical error in our system, which caused the item to appear as available when it was not. Regrettably, the item was and continues to be out of stock. The listing was corrected immediately upon discovering the error.
      We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially considering your past positive experiences with us. Please know that this situation had nothing to do with avoiding fees or intentional manipulationit was solely the result of a system error, and we responded by issuing a full refund as promptly as possible.
      Due to the rarity of this item, we searched our inventory thoroughly but were unable to locate a suitable substitute. While we offered a discount on a future order as a gesture of goodwill, we recognize that this may not fully address your expectations. We are sorry we couldnt offer a more immediate resolution that met your needs.
      We value our customers greatly and strive to maintain transparency and integrity in every transaction. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to preventing this type of issue in the future.

      I am rejecting this response because, the company has used this tactic of stating out of  stock or technical reason, as to avoid the sale and any final value fee's. it's been searched on several sites, ****** *******, yelp and other reviews. They at no time wish to do anything but to deceive the public/buyers to avoid the loss due to their errors. Thus, if they think this is an acceptable reply it's not, as real truth is clear and they have not made any attempt to resolve this matter to my satisfaction and it will be reported to E bay as well, as this is an ongoing practice, when they make an error and will not honor the sale.:

      So they understand if I was closer, I would pursue them in court for failure to honor the sale and find and copy all the  same or similar postings online that they done to others, as to show their pattern of dishonest.

      Today (11/8/2023) I received an e-mail alert stating that some silver coins i had on a "wishlist" went on sale. Attached is a screenshot of the email. I went to the website the discount was on, ***** and purchased 6 of the silver coins at a price of $23.35 for a total for $150.96 with tax. The order was confirmed and sent. An hour or so later i recieve a message prom PineHurst, saying that it was a mistake and that they are cancelling the order. Mistake or not, I would like them to own up to this and sell at the price originally agreed upon.

      I am rejecting this response because: what they are doing is unethical and immoral business practice. All to make a dolllar. It is not my fault they listed the item at a lower price. When I go to bid or purchase an item, that is me agreeing to your price. So when you post something at a lower price the consumer expects you to honor it. There seems to be no accountability anymore.
