This morning I ordered a simple set of French flour sieves. the cost, for 3 was *****. I placed the order and paid ***** for shipping. Sn hour later I received an email saying my order had been canceled as there was a minimum purchase, and I had not met that. I Re a,I ** the site and ne er saw mention of that. likewise, when I asked that my funds be returned the man I spoke to said he had done that, but a visit to my bank and a couple screen shots later, the money was indeed taken from my account which was in a pending state by 8PM, well after closing hours. I carefully scanned the website of www.CulinaryCookware.com, a ************** site. There is no info when I click on the HOME tab, and the only way to get info was to do a web search. the company has no information on its website, not even a copyright date. On BBB, they have no accreditation with the local BBB, and no one reviewthough they claim to have been in business for 22 years!!! A year ago I was scammed by a cookware company in *******, who had been stealing peoples money for at least two years. It took more than a month to get my money back. I am wondering if this is the same kind of thing? The only things they sell are Matfer Bourgeat, an expensive line of French high-end cooking utensils. Be very wary of this company. I also did not see any support or representation of themselves as being sellers for Matfer Bourgeat.
