  I made a comment on the ******** page that your local county can do the same thing for free. Most counties have a VA Assistance program. I guess Veterans Guardian VA Claim Consulting didn't like that I said that thinking they would lose MONEY in their pockets and decided not only to remove my comment but ban me from making comments. By the way, I am a disabled Veteran

  We encourage veterans to exhaust all free services available to them - however, oftentimes they are disappointed in the outcome and are looking for a proven alternative. While the free services you mentioned can be successful for some, our clients choose to use Veterans Guardian because they are looking for individualized attention and expertise. In fact, nearly two-thirds of our clients have had disappointing past experiences with the free services available to them and have chosen to use Veterans Guardian to get the rating they deserve. In some cases, attorneys may be required to assist with a claim. Veterans should understand that attorneys can only legally assist with claims after an initial denial and can charge anywhere between 20-33% of any award of back pay. The percentage of our fee based on a lifetime of future benefits is significantly lower than that - and we don't take any back pay awarded. We know vets have options when it comes to their claims and as such are transparent about our consulting fees from the very first phone call. We take no money up front and only charge a fee if we are successful. This contingency model allows Veterans Guardian to assume all the risk up front and take no money out of any veterans pocket unless there is a win. All of our clients are fully appraised of our fee structure during their very first phone call with our team, and our policies are further explained in our client agreement to make sure everyone is on the same page and expectations are managed appropriately. Our clients elect to work with us not only for our expertise and step by step guided experience, but for our results based service (a 90% success rate!). Nearly 75% of our staff are veterans, spouses of veterans or spouses of active duty service members. Every single claim is personal to us - not because of the profit, but because many of our employees have experienced the frustrations associated with the system. We want the best outcome for every single one of our clients. Our last interaction with you was in April 2022. You indicated that you disagreed with the fees we charge when we have a successful outcome - we wished you the best on your journey.   I would recommend Veterans Guardian to any Veteran. The staff is honest. They educated me along the long process. I trusted the process and am happy with my result.
