    I ordered a copy of a marriage certificate from Ector County *****. I went through the 3rd party Permitium and requested it be sent priority mail so I would get it in 2-3 days. When I had not received it in 7 days I contacted the clerk and was told that there isnt a tracking number for my package. According to the *****************, priority mail always has a tracing number. I paid $17.52 for it to be shipped priority. I cannot contact them other ******* email and no response from them. I am requesting my $17.52 refunded as now I have to reorder the marriage certificate and have my ex brother in law pick it up which will cost me an additional $21. This business is pocketing money for priority and mailing regular mail. This should be a criminal offense.

    Permitium software provides the online portal and only offers products or services the agency is willing to fulfill.  It is up to the local agency to fulfill the order as requested.  I have contacted our point of contact at Ector County Clerk to review your request.

    My wife had a credit card charge from permitium for $32.32 for a conceal carry licensing from **************. The issue is we reside in **** and don't have conceal carry licenses and never applied for one in **** or **************. We also haven't been to ************** in about 10 years. The even larger issue is how permitium obtained my wife's credit card number for them to use. The charge was on May 15th 2024 as my wife who was charged was recovering from her c-section in ****. I would like to know how and why they decided to fraudulently charge my account. Beware! ********************** can apparently has people's card numbers from across the U.S. and will use it for fraud.

    Permitium's physical office is located in **************, but we provide software for agencies in many different states.  The Charge of ***** to *************************** is for a vital records request with ***********************************************; I have attached the receipt for the order submission to this response.
