      Purchased sod, cubes, and fertilizer on 4/4/25. Per the instructions on the we site Sod must be laid the day it is delivered. I scheduled to have it delivered on 4/10/25 and took the day off work and a family member also did the same. We also rented equipment and scheduled child care around the delivery and install. The day before the delivery i get a text my delivery was scheduled for 4-6P. I had to call and speak with a manager because the time was not acceptable being their website stated it needed to be laid the day of delivery and the planning around an earlier delivery was all made to put out the sod on 4/10. Was then told by a manager they would have it delivered between 10A-12P then they proceed to tell me they did not have the cubes to assist the sod in taking as needed & per the website. So there is a product they do not have they are claiming to keep selling online & they dont even have the product available. False advertisement!! But supposedly I need this for my grass to take in the poor conditions my ground is in. I luckily had some topsoil brought in but still not sure it will be enough. The manager **** keeps trying to say she did not give me a ***** time slot which my husband even heard on speaker phone. They keep pushing the time out, they cant provide the products they say they have. It is a shady, poorly ran company. Im going to really show out if my grass doesnt take after all of this.

      received an email from super sod, I have purchased soil for years from them. saw the email. all that i noticed was that the big yellow bag of compost was on sale, and this was the last day to receive it, have been buying this same soil for many straight years. unbeknown to me this was for level soil!!! I came back from out of state and was not at home when this arrived. my friend applies the soil to my side yard. I called and talked to a person., she explained to me that the material was called leatherneck!!! I did not see anything about leatherneck! I was in the marines, and I would have seemed that. I asked why they would email that product when I never asked for it before and I only ordered. the soil .i am 78 years old a disabled marine corps veteran,and i feel that i should not have been email that item
