    I ordered a building from ******** ********************** in April 2023 with ***************************. With it raining nearly every day from February 2023 through June 2023, the contractor I had lined up for excavation bailed on me. It was very difficult to find another contractor until I finally found one in July. Being booked do to all the rain and it being summer, I was on his waiting list until October 2023. All the while communicating with your company on installation timing. When my contractor finally started work, digging for the foundation, he found that a portion of the land the building was being built on, had a high water table. Too high to pour the foundation without winter freeze heeving the building and pad. The fix recommended to me was to go with a pole building and floating inner pad. I immediately tried contacting Carolina *********************** Anyone with this company, including my sales rep **************************** many times with absolutely no response. I wanted to see if we could change the building to a pole barn type. No response. I was in a hard place not only with the contractor but with winter coming. Finally I had to make the decision to hire another company to build a pole barn. After all this, I finally got a hold of *************************** and explained this all to her. She said she would have someone contact me regarding getting my deposit back. Never heard from anyone. Then I was finally contacted by the company who builds their buildings. I explained it all to her. She said she would cancel the order and inform Carolina ********************** to contact me. No response. I have filed with the BBB and the Ohio District Attorney. No response from Carolina *********************** I have written reviews, no response from Carolina *********************** This situation is totally out of my control. All I want is my deposit back. I will not go away until I get it back.Order #ODR-000210 Invoice #****** placed on 4/14/2023

    I am in receipt of the customer's concerns. 

    To be clear, CCI has never received a dime of money from this customer. The down payment, as clearly shown in the document attached by the customer, was paid to **********************. They are an independent dealer. That is their commission for making the sale. 

    CCI is not in the business of manufacturing pole barns. This should be directed at the party whom he is seeking a refund from. We have attempted to notify Wholesale Direct as to the customers request by phone and email with no response. The customer did sign a binding agreement stating that down payments are non-refundable. I cannot speak as to Wholesale's policy regarding such. 

    We are happy to continue to attempt to facilitate contact between the dealer and the customer but we cannot assist with the refund request as we have no portion of those funds, per the contract terms the customer signed.

     I am rejecting this 

    I have attached a contract with Carolina *********************** Why is everyone associated with "these" companies playing a shell game?? Every time I try to resolve this issue I'm told "Not our company" I have heard this from 3 companies now. Funny how I have a contract with Carolina ********************** on it but, "Not our company". Quit playing games and let's get this resolved. The only thing she said correct is that the other Company won't respond. This is exactly why we are at this point. If they only responded, returned calls, anything, we wouldn't be here with this mess now.

    I placed an order for a building in April 2023. We had non-stop rain from January to June. My original concrete contractor bailed. I finally found a contractor in late July. It started raining again and pushed back the project to late October. Contractor started digging and found problems with the water table in that area. Said he couldn't pour a pad to support this type of building. Recommended a different type building. I tried contacting company to see if we could get a different type building. No response. I was in the middle of this and had to do something fast. Winter was coming. I had to purchase another building from another company. I have been emailing and calling ever since October to resolve and get no response from WDC. When I did talk to someone, I am told they will have someone get back to me. No one ever does. 2 weeks ago I get an email from Carolina *********************** The lady wants to schedule build. I explain situation to her. She cancels build order and sends info for company to contact me. NO RESPONSE. I am sick of being ignored by this company. All I want is my Deposit back. This problem was not my fault and I had no way of knowing I couldn't build this type of building. If they would have just return my calls/messages we may have been able to work this out. I am done with Wholesale Direct Carports. Just give me my deposit back and we all can move on.
