    I ordered a full set of Spider-Man: No Way Home Funko Pop figures and did not receive the product after paying. This was a preorder and the set was estimated due to be delivered around March 2023. I would at email updates with a spreadsheet showing that some but not all of the units arrived in stock and the message that the order would not be shipped incomplete. I made many many attempts at contacting the company with little reply and no resolution. I eventually demanded that they ship me the items from my order that were in stock and refund the remaining balance or otherwise just refund the entire cost. This was met with no response and no action. The company was reached out to by email and I also reached out through their various confirmed social media and forum accounts such as ***************** etc.

    I placed an order, after not receiving the order I contact the store. No response. I waited 3 months contact them again, no response. Now it's been a year and 3 months and they still haven't gotten back to me nor a refund. How do I get my money back?

    My purchase of goods was made on 11/6/2021. It was a preorder. I still have not received my order. I rarely receive a response. Each time I had received one, I am told that they are still waiting on some of the products. There is no website for them anymore. I emailed their customer service again today, but I do not expect a response. My purchase total was ******. Last June, they said I could only receive store credit. I responded and said fine, give me that. My intention was to just repurchase the items. There has been no response. Another company I ordered through for different items has been taking just over 18 months, but I finally received an email with shipping details, but nothing showing it has been shipped. That is why I did not email further. I tried to check in today to see the status of my order and contact them again, but each time I look for their online site, I receive a 403 error. I really want my money back or the items shipped. I have seem reviews saying they received their same orders a few months after purchasing them.

    The amount I paid for said items were ***** the items were collectable funko pops that were a pre order and they are now available and have been available yet I have not received my items. I have contacted the business thru email multiple times with no response. The phone number listed on the website doesn't connect to a phone line when called have tried multiple times with that as well. I have screenshots out said emails to the company I also have screen shots of the order. I never recieved any tracking information or any other communication with said company. I can provide proof of purchase with screenshots when the order was placed.The order number for my items is #*****
