    Do not do business with ***** ********* or his father ***** *********. ***** is unlicensed and likely never going to start work after your first payment. If he does it won't be finished and it won't pass inspection. His father has said on record they don't get a certificate of occupancy(final inspection) for clients.

    The owner of Triangle Custom Garages, X X, is not a licensed General Contractor in **. He is trying to operate this business under the ** license of another ** so that appropriate building permits can be obtained. Therefore, under the ************************ Board for General Contractors, X is limited to construction projects no greater than $40,000 or would need to be qualified under a General Contractor that is licensed. X has neither a license nor is qualified under a **L.I entered a contract with X X and Triangle Custom Garages LLC for a garage build significantly greater than the $40,000 limit he is restricted to. I paid a deposit and in immediately finding that X is unlicensed before any work was started, I canceled the contract and requested a refund of the deposit which I was entitled to per the contract. He never responded to my requests to refund the deposit, he did not show to the Small Claims Court hearing and now has a judgment against his business for $10,000 plus *********** not contact this company or the other company, Triangle Deck Builders, of which X X is the registered agent. Make sure you conduct due diligence on Triangle Custom Garages LLC, Triangle ***************** and the owners of these businesses.
