  We are very happy that we selected Travars Built Homes to custom build our dream home on the land we purchased. The build processes were streamlined and went smoothly. They provided us with large collections of the floor plans, flexibly customization, and high level of warranty services. The building materials and workmanship are superior to many top national builders. We have live in this house almost two years and very happy with our decisions. Highly recommended!!!

  Purchasing our home from Travars Built Homes has been one of the best decisions we've madeespecially during such a significant transition as retiring from the military. Its a stressful time, full of unknowns, but Travars made the homebuying process seamless and reassuring.Their professionalism and attention to detail are qualities we came to value deeply during our military service, and it was a reliefand a pleasureto experience the same high standards in the civilian sector. From day one, the team was transparent, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our retirement home everything we hoped it would ****** that were settled, were grateful not just for the quality of the home itself, but for the integrity of the people who built it. Travars Home Builders doesnt just build ********** build trust, stability, and peace of mind. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, especially fellow military families preparing for their next chapter.

  Travars was a huge mistake in a builder. Roughly 2 years and we still can't move into our home due to the poor workmanship and damages they've caused to our home. Appliances, sinks and bath fixtures scratched. Drywall, paint & caulk is atrocious. Every cabinet shelf in the house was splintered from improper cutting. Crooked tile in MBR and cracked grout in every tiled room. Windows leak and 90% can't be opened without forcing them open with 2 hands. Severe concrete damages (see ****** reviews) that the builders wouldn't even acknowledge after multiple requests in writing. Builders won't even discuss "punch work" until we accept their "substantially complete" work, which apparently doesn't include damages. Our mantle is a code violation because they installed it too close to the fireplace. Gas lines are falling down in the crawlspace due to the weak plastic j-hooks used to support them, causing a safety hazard in my opinion. Metal roof is damaged. Front door is not framed squarely and an entire wall is out of square by an inch, according to a structural engineer. We felt Travars had unprofessional and dismissive attitudes to the effect of saying "it's not that bad" when we had puddles on our new carpet because they left a window open during a storm, or " sometimes we get a bad batch of wood" when we asked why they used crooked/cracked boards on our ******** was unfortunate that our first ****** review resulted in a defamation lawsuit threat rather than an effort to resolve the issues. If anything I post is questioned, I'm happy to provide evidence or correct it. We would love to discuss our experience with anyone who sees our ****** review and has questions or would like more info about our experience. Just hoping anyone considering this builder does their due diligence.

  From the beginning, we felt so supported in every part of the process. Travars is a family businessa family that builds beautiful custom homes. ******* ***** ****, *****, ****, and ******* all had a hand in bringing our dream to fruition. From the structural changes we made (opening up a ceiling, expanding our pantry, adding a larger drop zone, moving an opening to another wall, etc.), to all of the wonderful custom features that we had to choose from, to the carpentry work, everything was exactly how we wanted it. All of the vendors that they work with were amazing, and extremely helpful. We had access to an app called ************ where updates were posted and selections were confirmed. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, and the final result was better than we could have ever hoped for. We moved in 4 months ago, and we couldnt be happier with our new home. We would highly recommend Travars Built Homes to anyone looking to build their own custom home.

  These guys are awesome. Superb well built home. Great communication and attention to detail. They truly care, they're great people. I cant say enough good things about the whole building process, they made it real easy for a first time buyer like myself. Their houses stand apart from every other custom home, from the molding, to the paint, to the proper drainage and insulation. They don't skimp and are quick to address any issues you may have. Problems happen and its how you handle them that make or break you. **** even came out to my house on a Sunday morning our first week in when the heater wasn't working and got us up and running right quick. Can't get that kind of service anywhere else. Amazing group.

  We chose Travars Built Homes to build our dream home, but the experience has been a nightmare, marred by poor workmanship, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism.The home has extensive damages. Our cooktop, ovens, and kitchen sink are scratched, and multiple fixtures, the fireplace, hearth and cabinets are damaged. After Travars "pro" cleaning, I pulled handfuls of debris from the ducts and there are piles of drywall dust on trim. Questions to vendors go unanswered since Travars falsely told them were in litigation (confirmed with vendor HQ).Our concrete driveway and sidewalk were painted without asking, resulting in lap marks, house splatters, and grass painted in. Multiple requests as to why it was painted are ignored. The garage floor was poorly poured, creating a black mess we questioned for over a year with no answer; Travars offered to hide it with epoxy, though experts warned it would likely peel.Painting throughout is atrocious. Trim tops/bottoms were left unpainted, including exterior wood trim with no paint/caulk. Paint stains mar the carpet, switch plates, LVP, light fixtures and more. Several crooked walls and bowed ceilings, crooked tile and uneven, loose subfloor reflects even more shoddy workmanship.Despite several complaints, the house was often left unlocked with lights on, and windows open. One window was left open over a rainy weekend, leaving puddles on our new carpet. Travars responses to our complaints were typically unprofessional and dismissive, claiming they cant always control what the subs do or its not that bad.Despite months of documented issues, Travars wont address repairs until after we accept and close on the house, giving us no confidence theyll be resolved. I urge anyone considering Travars Built Homes to look elsewhere. We have numerous photos and documentation of this experience that were happy to share with anyone considering this builder.   We recently had the pleasure of working with Travars, a small family operation, to build our custom home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Even though we weren't local and only met in person a few times, we felt like we got to know the whole Travars team through the process. Their warm and personal approach made us feel like a natural extension of the family.Communication was always clear and consistent, which was crucial given the distance. They were attentive to every detail and committed to delivering the highest quality craftsmanship. We always felt involved and informed, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.After moving in, we hosted a neighborhood ***, and a couple of members of the team even came out to join us. This extra effort to connect with us beyond just building our home really set them apart. The result is a beautifully crafted home that reflects our vision perfectly, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Travars to anyone looking to build their dream homethey truly go above and beyond for their clients.

  We are quite pleased with our Travars Built home. We experienced all construction stages from start to finish. We provided the lot; the Travars built our home. They were all quite pleasant to work with and the process was well organized. We were readily included in all phases and they always sought our input. There is no doubt they are good at their craft. We now live in a well-built home. If we were to build again... wed choose Travars Built Homes
