    I cancel my service over the phone on April 27, and moved out of the house on April 30th.I started receiving emails from the company saying that I had a balance for the new quarter, even thigh I cancels the service and moved out. I replied to the emails everytime stating that my service was cancelled with no response,. Today I de a text message saying that this was my absolute last notice. I called. And they said that even though I cancel many service it wasnt notate in their system and that I have to pay the balance or they would send the account to collections. They ackowledge the fact that I cancel my account but because some error on their side I have to pay.
