    On 9-11-24, I brought my laptop that would no longer turn on to Fayetteville Tech Repair for diagnosis. I paid $69.55 at this time and was told I'd hear back in about a week. On 9-18-24, I was told that the problem was the motherboard and that they could replace it for an additional ******. I agreed to this and was told to expect this to take a couple of weeks. When the motherboard came in, they experienced difficulties with the repair and the owner informed me that they had misdiagnosed the problem, the usb controller actually caused the problem and had damaged the new motherboard as well as the keyboard. They agreed to return the motherboard on warranty, as well as replace the keyboard. Eventually this replacement motherboard came in and they claimed there was something wrong with it. Ultimately, 2 months went by with no meaningful progress and no end in sight, and I had to move from ************** to ******** on 12-5-24. I was able to speak with the owner about this and he offered to refund me half of the total cost and take down my new address to ship me the laptop at his cost when it was done, which I agreed to. Since then, I've had trouble getting in contact with them via their store number and I discovered the receptionist was screening my calls by calling from a friends phone with a different area code a few minutes after calling from mine. This occured on January 20th, after a month and a half of vague answers and ignored calls. At this point the owner gave me his personal phone number and said he would personally handle the repair. I spoke to him on Monday 2-10which was when he said the third motherboard was supposed to arrive, apparently nobody had been there to take the delivery. He said he was going to have it redelivered and have the laptop repaired and shipped no later than saturday 2-15. Since then, I've heard nothing and have been unable to reach him by call or text.

    I sent an unresponsive laptop to the business for repairs almost 3 years ago. Besides the fact they never reach out to me to provide updates, when I do call, its either they keep getting sent the wrong mother board, they didnt realize they needed to apply an update to the MB to make it work, their computer system was down and couldnt check, they were in the process of moving, or the owner, ******** ******* was not in. I paid over $400 to start the repairs and have yet to receive my laptop. At this point, if not repaired, Id like a refund and my laptop returned.

    Dropped off my 75 inch television for repair, its been two months and its still not fixed with no idea when it will be. Wondering if this is a scam

    We have worked directly with the customer and explain the issue with the delay. Since then the customer has received excellent service and is overall happy with his experience with Fayetteville Tech Repair.
