    The window in the east wall was installed in the wrong portion of the wall. the support above the window and the window had to be removed, which is what we believed weakened the roof while the filled block was cut for the new opening without support.We observed sagging in the roof at the area where the east block wall was built by the contractor, sagging in the window installed by the contractor, sagging in the drywall ceiling in the window area, the correct direction of the molding around the closet doors and the direction of the gutter draining to avoid flood of the area in front of the air conditioner. We expressed our concerns to the contractor and an engineer was obtained by the contractor to observe and a report was submitted by the engineer. We believe that the engineer was not given all of the information before the report was submitted. We would like the safety of the east block wall, the window installed in the wall, if the installation of the drywall to the ceiling above the east window, trim molding around the closet doors and the draining of the gutter on the southeast corner of the repaired area of the house reviewed. Upon review determine if repair, replacement is warranted to be done by trained, qualified contractor.
