    I took my 2018 Tax Return to James F. **********************, CPA to assist with filing as I was going through a divorce at the time. At the time I was a *** Federal Employee and was deployed as a united States Government representative for a small portion of the year. However, Mr. ********************** filed my taxes as a private contractor deployed for the entirety of the year to cheat on my taxes to get a higher return. This ultimately prompted an audit from the *** and has been an on-going challenge for me and my family to resolve for the better half to 7+ years. There has been no accountability, responsiveness or willingness to help resolve or support amending my 2018 tax return. I have called, emailed and left several messages which never receive any response. Mr. ********************** and I signed a Power of Attorney to help represent and resolve this matter in his office which was never filed. Mr. ********************** has stated that he was "waiting to call someone" or figure out what is going on by contacting a representative with the ***, and from my discussion directly with the *** there has been no record of any correspondence or communication from Mr. ********************** on my behalf. To the point I received several notices from the *** and Mr. ********************** has stated he has everything ready for me to sign an amended return and will send over to me to complete... which has never been received. The distrust and lack of accountability and respect for the profession is high alarming and discouraging as a paying client.
