    I used swiisport services when cargo arrived i got a notice of arrival with 2 dates on there.apparently my package got there they called once from a scam likely number that was confirmed to be there number that inhave proof of..why will swissport have caller id as scam likely? They dnt want customer to know its them so they wont answer there call ? They called only once and didnt leave a message to let me know it was them n that my oackage was there. They didnt follow up either after 5 days that there rates change from 175 to 250 a day which is outrageous..after 2 weeks that custom wil take ****** forfetted my rights to the cargo also no call text email or anything to let me know even then that my cargo was herewhen i go to see wats going on cause i havent received anything else come sout my package been there for 39 days n for me to get it out its $8,750 as of yesterday to be releasedpoor communication , no procedures where followed to let me know my cargo was therestill has t gone to auction either still doesnt have a d.o number why no procedure was followed to insure and let customer know there cargo is therecant communicate with a manager also to assist with this situation that is not fair to customerno notes on acct of any updates done or any attemp of them tryna reach me.. have left message and have called they alleged managers and no respond at number ******************.this is poor management , poor customer services , poor communication, poor work ethics . How can sunthing like this be allowed why wouldnt they want to reach customer to let them know there package is there? Well they make more money if you dnt come . Why they *** call customers? They call scam likely so you wont pick up and know your cargo is there . That means more money in storage fee for them and at an outrageous price.. cars when they imported its only 25 a day but at swissport a small package it 175 a day for first 5 day and then 250 a day after that..and they dnt communicate
