My air conditioner went out hottest days this year. It was old so I replaced it and had them switch my heating from Apollo to gas at the same time. Everyone from the people on phone, to gentleman who came to give me estimate to man who came and got old one running til new could be installed, to the crew that did both installations on same day, everyone was outstanding, professional, showed up when they said they would. Highly recommend.

******* ********* was very helpful and took the time to explain why my unit was making noise on the hottest day, he eased my concerns and ensured I had all the information necessary to understand what was happening. He went the extra mile to adjust the dampeners after noticing I had the vent angled, he was very kind to do so. He is professional and well informed about his work and I really appreciate his help! ***** did a great job! He completed our annual plumbing maintenance and took the extra step to help us understand and fix the issue with our bathrooms water flow. He showed up right on time, worked meticulously, and was incredibly courteouseven putting on shoe covers before coming in. Thank you for the excellent service!Air Experts Heating, Cooling, LLC

******** was great. On time and explained everything. Our ac unit wasnt working in this 90 degree heat and he fixed it in about an hour! He may just be our new best friend!! We have been with Air Experts for 20 years and they always provide great service!Air Experts Heating, Cooling, LLC

5 stars**** ******* arrived at our home on time and came to the door and introduced himself, He checked the thermostat and let us know he would do the maintenance on the system.He completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and let us know our system is in very good working order.
