    Duct Doctor cleaned our HVAC ducts and dryer vent in May. Just a few months later (Sept) our dryer vent was plugged up and we called the Duct Doctor to see if there was any warranty for their work. The person who answered the phone put us on the phone with her supervisor. The supervisor said no. We asked how much would it cost to come back and just clean the dryer vent again and she said "We don't do that, we just do the whole thing!" Obviously we had just done that a few months ago for over a **** dollars and we were not going to do that again. I would not hire them again!. We hired another company to come and clean the ducts and they found impacted wet debris in the dryer duct, took a photo, and removed it. A customer really has no way to know if the job done is satisfactory. This is what happened to us.
