    * May 19, 2024 - ***************** $561.99 * For ******* Refrigerator Refrigerator Repair, parts and labor.* Part Fee: $332 Trip Labor Maintenance Fee: $192 NC State Tax $37.99 (Total $561.99)* Waited 3 months for a part to arrive (they said it's special order). * Aug 20, 2024 - Finally gave up and cancelled the order, and asked for a refund of JUST THE PART. I wrote off the labor cost, I just want the value of the part that never arrived.* Since then, the company tells me the refund is on its way, "Completed 7 to 10 business days". I wait longer than the longest estimate they give before chasing every time.* Now I'm getting less and less response, sometimes no response until days later.I want a full refund, this has been a complete waste of time when we could have been resolving the problem over the hot summer. The reason I called in May was so that we could fix the fridge for teh summer. Now all I hope is that we can fix it before NEXT summer.They're wasting my time and theirs at this point.

    On ******* 5, 2024 ************ sent a technician to my property on ************ for a washing machine that omitted a burning rubber smell. A diagnostic scan found no problem. Sent a check for $80.44 on ******* 9, 2024. When check didnt clear in a couple weeks, texted owner who stated they never got the check. Paid with charge card $80.44 on February 9, shows paid. On 8/9/2024 check from ******* cashed. Have spoken with a *************, explainimg situation several times with no resolution. Double pay for 1 visit, seems criminal. Will never use Fe&Co again. Thank you for assistance in this matter. I have copies of check cashed and invoice paid.

    07/12/2023 FE and Company came to repair our ** fridge. We were told, repeatedly, that all would be covered by ** because we were still in the warranty period and we would be fully reimbursed. Unfortunately, ** only reimbursed us for $640 which alone took many phone calls and untold frustration. The total bill to replace the compressor was $1890 charged by FE and Company. After the response I got from **, I tried many times to contact FE and was unable to get anyone to speak with or get a return call. Also, of note, this company uses a virtual address, or in other words, a PO Box which will show up as a brick and mortar to give people more confidence they are dealing with a reputable company.Unfortunately for me, we did swipe our card for this charge simply trusting this company and what the repair person told us. We are now out $1250. In my opinion, this dispute should be between FE and Company and ** - not me. This is a new company from January 2023. The only other reviews I've seen are on Yelp and most of them are negative, calling this company a scam.You may also want to check reviews for a company called Connect Worldwide, a now defunct ************************ associated with *************************. Most every review I saw for them is also negative with similar experiences to mine.****************************************************

    1.]  I'm curious what you've done to resolve this issue since this is the only contact we've had.  What have you done?

    (I must say we are absolutely done with this matter as we have repaired many ** Refrigerator with no complaints. Let's admit the customer isn't out of $1250, their Refrigerator is working perfectly just impatience on the wife behalf)

    3.]  I'm not concerned with how many ** refrigerators you may have repaired.  The main question you have not answered is why we were told there would be full reimbursement from the manufacturer - repeatedly?  Let's admit we are out $1250 based on what you told us.  I would like to know how you trying your best to resolve this issue.  I want a refund for $1250.82.

    Since you seem to be in touch with **, what is their reason for not paying the full $1890.25 which was promised to us multiple times?  We are still owed $1250.82

    This company repaired our ** refrigerator. We paid the full amount on our debit card and were told wed be reimbursed by ** for the full amount because the appliance was under warranty. After countless calls between ** and this company we still havent received a reimbursement. Each is claiming the other should be the ones to pay us.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Ive been told on numerous occasions by the repair company that I should get a response from ** in a couple of weeks regarding reimbursement. ** has never contacted me and its been 10 weeks since the repair. Ive never complained about the repair just that its now been 8 weeks longer than I was initially informed it would be and I dont have a reimbursement. Yes, I have contacted ** on numerous occasions which seems logical to me since we were told by the repair company the reimbursement would come from them  I have been told by ** more than once that they have reimbursed the repair company (with $450 and a replacement part) and they will not be providing me with a reimbursement but that it must come from the repair company.  The repair company is saying ** has not paid them money nor have they provided a replacement part.  Im just caught in the middle.  I worked in customer service myself for over 20 years and if I had ever treated a customer like Ive been treated by the repair company I wouldve been immediately fired.  The repair company has been short and rude with me from the beginning and have never once greeted me or said goodbye to me on the phone ( just common courtesy especially for a business). Theyve accused me of not listening but theyre the ones not listening and dont  give me a chance to speak before they hang up on me  I had no other choice than to file this complaint based on the information I have (that ** will not pay me because theyve already paid the repair company and that the repair company has told me more than once that ** will be in touch shortly when its been 10 weeks and they have never once contacted me).  I dont know who owes the money to us and I dont care but Ive been more than patient based on what Ive been told. Im flabbergasted at being told that Im the one being rude, impatient and not listening. No one in any business should ever treat a customer as Ive been treated.  One time and I can deal with it (maybe someones having a bad day) but Ive been treated poorly and rudely too many times and yet I still dont have my reimbursement and am still being told by both parties that the other should be the one to pay.  I was also told by the repair company on multiple occasions that Im not letting the process work when all Ive been told about the process by the repair company is that it should just be a week or two before we hear from **. To me 70 days is more than a week or two. Im willing to wait for the reimbursement if someone could tell me when it is actually coming and then based on that information it actually shows up.  I really dont think thats too much to ask.
