    After contacting ******* for a service ticket number, I contacted the appliance repair company (Service Quick) on 10Jun2025 to have my ******* front loading washer machine repaired. I was told that the service technician would arrive on 16Jun2025. They canceled and wanted me to wait another week. After arguing with them, I was able to get a technician out the next business day 17Jun2025. The technician stated the leak was coming from the water pump. The water pump was replaced and the technician left. The minute I turn the machine on to start a load of laundry, water started pouring out of the same spot that it had originally been leaking. I attempted to call Service Quick several times (no answer twice and hung up on once) to try and have the technician return and resolve the problem for which I paid for. I was told by the Service Quick representative that the service ticket had been resolved and closed by them. I was told that I had to call ******* back again to obtain a new service ticket number and start a service request all over again. I was told by the Service Quick representative that I would have to wait an additional week to have yet another technician come back to fix the original issue. The original service ticket # ********* was never completed. The new (current) service ticket #**********. I contacted my financial institution to initiate a full charge back on all funds being issued to Service Quick.
