    Where do I start? Bought my first house October 2022, excited to buy stuff for it. Found this trap. I needed a fridge because the previous tenants took theirs. I go and get helped by “****.” Convinces me to buy this piece of shit whirlpool fridge. Sticker says 800. Why am I paying almost $1000? Well they charge a 3% convenience fee of $27 and $65.25 of taxes. THEN they want $100 for delivery. Delivery doesn’t include actually putting it in the kitchen. THAT will cost you ANOTHER $100. The delivery guy “*****” will attempt to talk circles around you, so beware. So he drops the thing in my garage and starts with these stupid suggestions on how I can get it in my garage entrance. “Take the door off,” he says. Take the door off?!?! Mind you, I just moved in, so tools and things aren’t exactly accessible. I ask him to use the SAME dolly he just used to lug my fridge into my garage, he says I can’t let you use it because that is technically delivering it into the house. WHAT?!?! Back to the taking the door off part. So he “measures” and says yea all you gotta do is take the door off, bring the fridge in and you’re good. I ask for tools and GUESS WHAT?!? This doofus says “we’re not required to have tools with us, unless we’re doing and install.” WHAT THE ****?!?! You work with appliances, WHY would you not at least keep a basic set of tools in the vehicle, needed or not?! I’ve told this part of the story to numerous people and not a single person can understand why they don’t have tools. Part 2 of my review, I’m also posting.
