    On July 24,2022 I ordered a GCI- Outdoor Comfort Pro Rocker from elaftock. I have not received the rocker but my credit card has been charged $32.99 for the chair. I have call the phone number and it is not working. I want my money back and this company off the computer.

    ORDER HAS BEEN "PROCESSING" FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND I CANT GET ANY CONTACT TO THE COMPANY: www.elaftock.com
    The phone number is not legit. I am worried they will abuse my identity/charge card.

    I have tried to email this company, and the following is the response my mail carrier returned to me:

    On July 17 I placed an order for a Filing cabinet on elaftock.com. I waited for a shipping confirmation and did not receive one. I contacted the company requesting a status update. No reply or acknowledgement was received.

    Again I placed an order for a Filing cabinet 7/17 ...through Google pay ...my card was charged and my account was drawn for the purchase price of the product.

    And the item (1) Filing cabinet with lock key was never shipped. No item was sent or received.

    I am owed one filing cabinet with lock key and/or a full refund.

    I contacted the company elaftock.com to no avail.

    I require an explanation...? Where is the product? And why was it never shipped?

    And why were my emails ignored?

    Agust 3, 2022: Attempted to contact Elaftock via their website Contact Information to determine estimated arrival of item purchased. Every attempt failed to established via email and telephone provided. When I searched Internet for "fraud" involving the business I discovered numerous sites stating reports of fraud by persons puchasing/ordering from their website and not receiving anything, as well as same experience of finding their telephone and email disconnected. Since there is no other way I can find to pursue this sistuation with the business, I am filing this BBB Complaint in hope of resolve, preferably full refund.

    I ordered a file cabinet on August 4th. The purchase price was $22.99. The order number given at checkout was ************** I have not received it as of August 20th. My charge card shows a charge in the amount of $22.99 on August 4th to ***** *** ******** a fabric store I have never purchased from. The phone number given for ELAFTOCK is invalid and the email is not existent. The website is up and running but absolutely no way to contact them.

    RE: Elaftock.com. I ordered a beach chair from their website yesterday morning. No email confirmation after two days and two written requests. Phone number out of order.     I recently purchased a filing cabinet on 8/15. They charged my card that day however cannot get ahold of the company what so ever. The phone number doesn’t work nor does the email. The charge comes from a hose.com out of *** ******* TX for ******* ********* not out of NC

    The date of the transaction was 6/29/2022 and i made the purchase on line with elaftock - the purchase was for adams big easy outdoor resin adirondack chairs with cup holder - quantity of 2 for $31.98 total cost. it was advertise as free shipping. i used my visa to pay for the purchase. it said 3-5 days shipping time. on the website i ordered from it says customer service 24/7 with a number and i have been calling it since june 30th. fast busy signal, line not in service. i never got my chairs, cannot reach the business or the seller. it comes up as sidney wiggins, **** ********* ***** ******** ********* *** *****. i have been doing research and looking up this person's name, address and phone number. there is no sidney wiggins at 3564. the people that live at that address are ***** *** ***** ****** and have lived there for years. the business phone of 201-422-2748 is not valid. i did a look up of sidney wiggins on line and it came up with 6 phone numbers. i called 5 of those numbers and it said nonworking numbers on all of them. the 6th number which is ************ actually had a way to leave a message and I did telling them what I was looking for and who. that person called me back twice in one day and was nasty and said i had 30 minutes to call back or he was blocking me. i never returned the call. so the next day the guy calls me taunting me again and humming a tune and said if i could name that tune i would get a refund and hung up. so he is harassing me too. i saved that message. on website, he also has this Email: [email protected] and it comes back undeliverable. so no way to contact at all. i reported it to my bank and they did an investigation and gave me my money back, but then after investigation was over they said they reversed it because they contacted the merchant but won't explain. i have tried for over 45 days! so i not only did not get my items, i do not get my money? this is FRAUD

    This online shop is a scammers haven. No real email address or working phone number. I did find out the how they took my money.... Square up. Called and reported them. Then went to my bank and filed fraud.
