    I bought a washer and a dryer from this business. I was looking on ******** marketplace to buy a washer and dryer. A video ad appeared showing a lot of new appliances. Sent a message to the seller and he gave the address of a business called smart buy appliances on ******************************************************* Stopped by the next day. There was a set that look good but was already sold so he told me there was another location with 3x more appliances than his location. Placed a video call and this other guy showed me the same looking set while pointing out a small dent on top while assuring me that was the only dent. Minutes later went to the location on ****************************************************. I paid ******** in total delivery and installation kit included. Next day the appliances were delivery but the dryer had a bunch of dents, a big hole on the left side and some more damages. I speak with the seller and he stated he told me about the damages when he did not. Then first seller( who referred me to the ******* location) called me through the delivery guy cellphone and told me that sell was final. But he can do a $75 refund (turnout this 2 sellers are brothers and the 1st one is the owner of the company. Since I already signed I was stuck with it. But turnout that the dryer doesnt dry and leak water. The seller repeated many time that if anything was wrong in the next 30 days they were responsible. Provided what he called a manufacturer warranty for a year after those 30 days where I could make a claim if something was wrong. But now none of them are doing anything to solve this. The dryer is trash and they did this knowingly.
