  I have been struggling with this company for 4 months to refund $ to me that was done as a direct draft the day after my home sold. I do not fault them for a draft going through- but accounting says they dont owe me the residual money. If their accounting department cannot openly see screen shots of closing statements and bank drafts and find these two numbers in their records, I remain speechless. They do not respond to communication for months- and I still have not seen my refund check.

  Horrible service.. they dont respond to call or email. Paying HOA fee for nothing. Worst possible management company. I would like to give them negative review.

  Be not fooled. The words elite and professionals are gratuitous. It seems their business plan includes the following... Make communication and issue resolution as difficult and awkward as possible. Be not the least bit helpful. Lying is encouraged. Recommendation: If you have a choice, choose someone else. I leave this review in the hope that practices will change to better serve the community, for the highest good of all concerned.

  I wish I could give this company a zero rating. They took over management of the Townhome I own, sent out one letter stating automatic payments needed to be re-set up because of the change, then never contacted me again, as my account became delinquent, was turned over to collections, then eventually placing a lien on the property.I'm not saying it's their fault that I was delinquent, but if they would've reached out to me with a phone call, I would've addressed the issue immediately. When I suggested a phone call would've been nice, the response was:"We are not contracted to make calls or send emails. We follow the law and our contract with the community which says we are to mail notices."Managing an HOA is like dealing with the government. The "customer" has no choice, so there is no customer support. I will tell everyone I know about this company.

  I was just told all landscape companies are pruning bushes time time of year to cut what grew in the spring. Seriously? Its over 90 degrees and the lack of rain will cause plants to stress. Anyone with a little education knows you prune during cool weather, early Spring or late Fall. Plus our landscapers pruned Cryptomeria, which do not require pruning. They hacked off two to three years of growth. As a response to my complaint, I am told to catch them next time before they prune, as it is my responsibility. REALLY? Stand guard over my plants. Absurd!!Suggestion: CREATE A NO PRUNE LIST Why am I not surprised I'm seeing a one star rating?

  WOW! I thought I was the only one that has been struggling with "Elite" Management ************** **** I am a recent and 1st time homeowner.Elite management does not follow the bylaws; designed to protect the value of the property and homeowners' rights.-************ shows Inconsistency with enforcing the bylaws -They have shown favoritism to certain owners - ************ bends and twists words in the bylaws to avoid the responsibility of maintenance and making necessary repairs; to properly upkeep the exteriors "as written".The UGLY -My home and my ability to provide a comfortable living space for my family has been negatively impacted due to Elite Professional Management's poor management.-Elite Management disregarded the bylaws and gave special privileges to my neighbor to do unnecessary construction work to the exterior of MY property (which was not approved by HOA). -Elite did not enforce the Covenants (bylaws) and disregarded my emails and communication about the construction work.-Elite management has refused to provide maintenance (for potential repair is part of maintenance and upkeep) to the exterior of the property. (because of the neighbor's construction work)."THE ASSOCIATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE EXTERIOR BUILDING STRUCTURES OF THE TOWNHOME THEMSELVES.   This owner contacted us regarding a maintenance issue at her townhome following work at a neighboring unit. The work completed at the neighboring unit was to maintain an element the *** was not responsible for and did not require permission from the *** to proceed. The *** is not responsible for repairs that were caused by any action of the neighbor. The issue is a neighbor-to-neighbor issue and does not involve the *** per the ***** of ********** We have attempted over the period of time this owner has contacted us to explain the Covenants and clarify any confusion to no resolve.

  **** was our point of contact. She called my niece and said I (a 67 year old woman) was smoking pot. I have never smoked pot. The maintenance guy (bully) told her he would swear on a stack of bibles it was me. It was the lady two doors down. They said they had a picture of me. When I asked for a copy of the picture, she said it was really blurry. She said we would have to vacate and she was charging my niece's card $2500.00. Sounds like a scam to me. I told her to send picture again and to come drug test me. She replied, I'm going to let you slide, but we will be watching you. The maintenance guy was rude to me. He obviously has issues. Will NEVER go back there!!!!

  Worst management company Ive ever dealt with. The old adage of just because you can doesnt mean you should couldnt be more truer than in dealing with this company. They hand out violations for just about anything youve done wrong. Farting in publicviolation. Heres a logical way of handling complaints. Dont hand out violations unless the accuser has had the common decency of having a good old fashion conversation with the person they want to complain on. Civility achieved.

  The proposed budget for 2023 for ****** has passed and is thus ratified. As of the deadline yesterday, 100 owners voted. Of those, 87 voted against and 13 voted in favor. These 13 in favor votes, included with 27 in favor votes from developer owned, deeded lots, and owners who did not vote, which automatically transfers to automatic in favor vote, has allowed the budget to pass.
  Can someone explain this math? Also, where is the money going? It's not going to making the neighborhood look good or the amenities we were promised.
  I'm sure Elite will just come back with an attack against me. This seems to be their MO. I'm perplexed though.

  This management company built extra parking spaces in the center of a Cul de Sac without obtaining a permit from the city.
  Elite Mgt force home owners to follow rules and fine them if they don t. So now why Elite Mgt didn’t follow the City laws?
  I don t trust to do business with this company anymore.
  Please take away their business license?
