1 starBooked an appointment online, received confirmation of the appointment scheduled (they actually rescheduled from the original 10am request to 12:30pm same day which was fine). Time comes and goes and no show, no phone call, nothing. I tried calling the phone number on their website, it went straight to voicemail, I couldn't leave a message because the voicemail box was full. In order to make the appointment, I had to make a $50 deposit that I most likely will never see again.Review fromAmaya V

**Review: Disappointing Experience with Prime Time Mobile Detailing**I recently scheduled an exterior car wash with Prime Time Mobile Detailing, setting the appointment a week in advance. Their website clearly stated that they service ******, my city. However, on the morning of my scheduled service, I received a call from a very rude representative informing me that they do not service my city.When I pointed out that ****** was listed on their website, she dismissively told me that "it wasnt worth it to them to drive to me for just an exterior wash" and suggested I come to their location instead. When I asked for my deposit back, she insisted that I hadn't paid one. Despite my insistence, she continued to argue that there was no record of my payment.After an unproductive and frustrating call, I received a notification from my bank about a pending credit for the deposit, proving that I had indeed paid it.Overall, this experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend Prime Time Mobile Detailing due to their poor customer service and misleading information.

We appreciate your review, but our website does say at the bottom of any pages that Prime Time Mobile Detailing service the entire **************, ***************** and *********************** and does reserve the right to decline services based on ****************** selection.* We are service based out of ******* and you are in ****** which is one hour drive from our shop for a $40 wash only. We called and process you a refund for your $40. You booked online and hadnt spoken to anyone or we wouldve told you ahead of time. But again we are sorry and again please review any page at bottom under our subscription link for policy. We did offer you the ability to bring it to our shop location which you refused.Review fromEd C
