    Untrustworthy, unethical.....will never use this place again. I went in asking for a tire rotation and balance and an oil change and told them a friend and I were going on a long trip and would be driving in the middle of the night and wanted to be safe. They immediately told me how their customers trusted them and that they couldn't balance/rotate my tires because they had flat spots in them and wouldn't pass inspection. (I told them my car had just passed inspection a week before. Later, when I checked on the age of the tires, they only had a little over ****** miles on them. I had rotated them regularly as well.) $759 later (not money I needed to spend right as I was going on vacation!), as I drove away, my tire pressure light came on. Instead of blinking like it does when the pressure fluctuates up and down due to weather changes, the light went solid. I called and informed the owner and brought it back later that week. They looked at it , and then told me they couldn't fix it, that they had problems fixing another persons and that I should take it to the ****** Dealership. (WHY should I have to pay the ****** Dealership more money to fix a problem YOU created??? The ****** Dealership wanted over $200 just to look at it, so I decided to wait.) We went on our trip. We kept looking at the tires each day. THANK GOD I decided on the day before we left to have the only local repair shop on the island check the tire pressure. It was at 12lbs instead of the required 33lbs! They discovered that there was a leak in the metal valve stem which had been broken when my new tires were installed. Not just that, but the *** is broken as well. So, I went in asking for their help to try to make my trip SAFER and what did they do???? I can only imagine what could have happened, if the tire gave out during the parts of the drive in the wee hours as we were driving through the salt ***** on a thin strip of road, with water on each side....
