    The worst experience ever!!!! My car was in worse shape after I got it repaired. I came to only to fix the water pump, to later discover had other issues. So they called to tell me that it needed an alternator, an ac compressor, belt, some tensioners, and a tune up. Although these services may have been needed, and out of desperation, insisted that they could replace those parts as well. After that they continue to tell me other issues with my car when clearly I only asked for a water pump to be replaced which I purchased. **** Durango is nice, but she over talks you, overcharging you for labor, the place is really bad with no where to park, its also in a bad area. There is a language barrier due to them only speaking Spanish. She also mentioned she took old parts from a vehicle she had laying around to put on my car and now my car is running extremely bad! I dont like that service and I feel like Im being treated poorly.

    9/9/2022: I had my car towed to this place of business on this day via AAA Towmark, and on release of my car from AAA, car bumper was ripped off of frame along with light fixtures for signal; vehicle left with **** who (allegedly)works as employee of Durango AI Services. Vehicle left to him to fix unrelated issue of some "starting" issue I assessed about my car. From 9/9/2022-9/29/2022, my car was assumed fixed, but had to return my car to Durango with brand new battery after figuring the problem was not fixed. I had to return my car to the mechanic(****) to reassess what the real problem was, also when I returned my car to him, initially leaving him my car with my gas tank full, refilled 5 gallons into my tank from any gas that was missing out of my gas tank(*!). I returned my car to him 10/6 or 10/7/2022, and asked him to reassess the issue to my car, with me receiving my car back officially on 12/28/2022. Inbetween this time frame(10-12/2022), I had a breathalyzer installed inside of my car(since 4/28/2022). ****, via Durango AI Services, failed to notify the breathalyzer company I contracted for them to know that my car was in their possession. My car had to be serviced for breathalyzer recalibration on the 28th of every month, and my car being in his shop for the duration of this time compelled me to have to tow my car from Durango to ************************************************************* and back to his shop after recalibration due to failure his failure to inform **************** of his possession of my car during these months, resulting in hundreds of unnecessary dollars being spent, for reinstatement fees and violation fees I had to pay the breathalyzer company, with no contest to recover any monies taken from me on account of the breathalyzer company I contracted with. No receipt of sale or business was generated for any work or service rendered from Durango AI Services. Owner as of 6/26/2023 alleges that **** is not an employee of this business. I don't believe it.
